on March 10th Dean lost his fight with cancer. 4 days after we brought Kyle home Dean was admitted to the hospitle. The medications he was on at home under hospice was no longer enough. It was not safe for him to be home anymore the disease was attacking his brain and affecting all functions. he was in the hospitle for a week and a half when he had a brain hemorrhage 18 hours later he was gone. Thank you all for your wishes and support. This has been a trully trying time and your thought me allot to the family, Thank you!

5 people sent you a prayer.

I’m so sorry – you have many people thinking of you, please know that each day gets a little better.

Blessings, blessings, blessings on you, your little ones, and all your family. I’m so sorry for your loss and all you and Dean have been through. My prayers are with you.

Peace,
Kathy

I am so sorry for your loss. I am deeply saddened that cancer took him from your family and friends. I have been worried about him and about you. I hope that you and the children are doing as well as one could do under these circumstances. We will all mourn.

So sorry for your loss.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I will pray for all of you.
May the peace of Christ be with you

I’m so sorry for your loss. May God bless you and your family at this most difficult time.

Martha

I am so sorry for you and your families loss, and please remember that there are no good byes just good mamories. Val

I am so sorry for your loss. You’ve faced many hardships in the past two years and I admire your courage. I know you will continue to be a great mom, but remember to take care of yourself, too, as you face the adjustments ahead. Dean would be very proud of you.
Keep in touch with your family here…..

You will continue to be in my prayers.
Mac

I am so sorry for your loss. May angels watch over you and your family, knowing that Dean will always be by your side.

I am so sorry for your loss. Know that Dean is watching down on you and the boys from a better place and he is no longer in pain or confussed. Much Love and Hugs to you and the Boys. You are in my prayers always..

Pat

A blessing from a recent service I attended for another cancer patient. He was like a brother to me and my own brother’s best friend.

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back
May the sun shine warm upon your face.
And the rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again.
May God hold you in the hollow of His hand. Amen

You appear to be a very strong woman to have gone through so much change in such a short period of time. We all pray for you and your family, that in time, your wounds will heal.

I am so very sorry for your loss. You, your precious boys and Dean are in my prayers.
With most sincere condolences,
Ruth

May you continue to know how much we care about what you have been through and what you have left to go through. He battled, you battled and I would say in many ways you won..he just left this earth too early. Be blessed in seeing a part of him in your beautiful children and know our prayers are with you.

Much love…
Larissa

I have been dreading this news. I knew from your posts that it was just a matter of time. Your story has given us, Paul, my husband, and myself hope but there is great sadness right now. We pray for you and your family. You have been so inspirational to me with all that you have endured. God has blessed you with Dean’s children and for that I am sure you are grateful! Please keep posting on your status as well as the boys. God bless you and He has big things in store for you. Be strong as you have been.

Paul and Lisa D

Our deepest sympathy. May all your memories sustain you andyour family. Lori

I can’t even imagine the great loss you are having right now. I just want you to know that you are in my prayers. I hope that you and your children will be o.k. Take care, Nita

The Boys and I went to see Dean yesterday. He still knows Jack but he is having a hard time remembering Kyle’s name and the fact that he is ours. The hospital is doing allot of good for him. His pain is well controlled and he hasn’t fallen again since he has been there. He is eating again after 4 days of not eating anything. He seems to have more energy when he is awake and able to sleep better at night. As hard as it is to admit that the end is coming I still think I made the best decision, it was definitely time.

3 people sent you a prayer.

family time is precious

Good Luck and Best wishes always!

Your grace in the face of this trial is inspiring. I am blessed by your strength.

Thank you
Mac

Just checking in to see how you are.
